Casta Costa Xàbia is a luxury third-floor apartment within an exclusive, well-maintained residential complex a short stroll from Playa del Arenal. The moment you step inside, the sea is already with you — wide sliding doors frame panoramic Mediterranean views across the living area and out onto a generous private balcony, the natural heart of the apartment and the finest place to watch the sun set over the water with a glass in hand.

Both bedrooms are spacious and finished to a high standard, each with a king-size bed and its own private balcony access. Wake up to sea air and morning light whichever room you choose. The master bedroom features a full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower; a second elegant bathroom serves the second bedroom and living areas. Fresh linens, luxury towels and ample wardrobe storage are provided throughout, with air conditioning in every room.

The kitchen is fully and thoughtfully equipped for extended stays — dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, full-size fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and everything you need to cook properly and eat well. The living area is equally considered: a premium sound system, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure evenings are as enjoyable as the days.

The complex itself is a cut above: a heated communal swimming pool open 09:00–21:00, a fully equipped on-site gym, beautifully kept gardens, and a private underground parking space (Blok 2, Floor -1, Space 009) included with the apartment. Playa del Arenal, the best local restaurants, supermarkets and artisan bakeries are all within an easy walk. It's the kind of place where you settle in within hours and find yourself wondering why you didn't stay longer.
