Casta Costa Xàbia is an airy two-bedroom apartment a gentle six-minute walk from Playa del Arenal, Jávea's favourite stretch of fine golden sand. Wake up to the smell of pine and salt, pad barefoot onto the balcony with a coffee, and let the pace of the Costa Blanca do its work.
Stays here are deliberately unhurried. With a minimum of eleven nights you have time to get to know the neighbourhood's bakeries and beach bars, swim in the communal pool in the long Mediterranean evenings, and drive out to Granadella or the Montgó for weekends of pine-scented walks and long lunches. The climate is famously kind — warm, breezy, and forgiving well into autumn — so whether you come for the sea in July or the light in October, you'll find a home that feels ready for you.

Rates are per night in euros and apply to the whole apartment (up to 4 guests). Minimum stay is 11 nights — strictly enforced under our seasonal rental terms.
